	TERMS & CONDITIONS
	We are an incoming travel agency Prague Holidays, Anenska 13, Praha 1, Ceska republika (“Prague Holidays”, “we”, “us”, “our”), ICO: 68273525, Zaps. u Ziv. uradu v Kladne, C.j.: OZ/10621/03/MA, ev.c.: 320301-106380-00. We provide, own or run travel services and accommodations. All reservations, contracts, agreements and transactions are between you and the above mentioned travel agency.
	1. MAKING A RESERVATION For most of the reservations we don’t require a deposit payment. However, to secure your booking longer than 5 nights, we need your credit card details as a guarantee of the reservation. No sum is taken from the card. Every effort is made to ensure that your reservation is processed correctly.
	2. DEPOSIT PAYMENT Deposit payment is required only for the top terms (New Year, Easter) and long stays (from 1 week on). We require 30% of the payment. For the deposit payment we accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners and JCB. We do not accept Amex. We need the name of the cardholder, card number, exp. date and CVV-code (last three digits on the backside of the card). 100% of the deposit payment can be refunded 3 months prior arrival. 50% of the deposit payment can be refunded 1 month prior arrival.
	3. PAYMENT Payment (or the rest of the payment in case a deposit is paid in advance) is required in cash in the apartment on arrival when the guest receives keys from our agent. The preferred currency is CZK. You can also pay in EUR or USD. We take the exchange rate from www.xe.com The tenants have the right to change the apartment's door lock after payment and handing keys over. Before departure the tenants must put the original door lock back. On request we can change the apartment's door lock for a new one on arrival.
	4. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS You may cancel your booking up to 5 days before arrival without any charges. You agree that in the event that you cancel your reservation less than 5 days from your agreed arrival date or that you fail to arrive by your agreed check-in time (no-show), you authorize the travel agency to charge to your credit card without further reference to you an amount not exceeding the first night's charge. Your non-arrival by the agreed check-in time will result in the cancellation of your entire reservation.
	5. PRICES Our prices are in CZK. We have no other booking fees. The price in your confirmation is the total price to be paid. Confirmed prices can be changed only under exceptional circumstances. In such case the customer has the right to cancel his booking upon notice. When payment is done by credit card or by bank transfer, Prague Holidays covers its own bank costs and the customer his bank costs. Our list prices (the prices on our website, not confirmed prices) can be changed without previous notice.
	6. CLAIMS All claims need to be done on the spot without delay directly to our office in Prague, so that the claim can be handled immediately. We want to provide a good service, therefore claims need to be handled promptly. Claims launched after the stay and not checked by our office cannot not be considered. We shall not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim whatsoever due to unexpected changes in accommodation or other travel services, sickness, weather, strikes or any other cause. All such losses, additional expenses or claims will be borne by you unless otherwise agreed. The tenants have the right to change the apartment's door lock after payment and handing keys over. We hold no responsibility and have no obligation to refund if you do not have a valid passport or visa and therefore cannot enter the Czech Republic. Bookings by children under 18 years traveling alone are not accepted. Children must be accompanied by at least one adult (person over 18 years), who is responsible for them. 	7. PRIVACY POLICY Any information which is provided by you to Prague Holidays will be treated in accordance with the terms of the Data Protection Acts, 1988 and 2003 and/ or such amending or replacement legislation as may be adopted in Czech Republic from time to time. We only use your email address for sending you a confirmation of your bookings or to contact you for any reason directly linked to your booking. We only use your phone number to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your booking or during check-in. We only use your address to provide it with credit card details to our bank charging your card in case of any money claims by you. You have the right to request a copy of the information which we hold about you (for which we may charge you a small fee) and to have inaccuracies in the information corrected. On occasions, we may supply statistics about our customers to third-parties such as hostels or other agents. These statistics never contain personally identifying information. Prague Holidays shall not be liable in respect of any claims, emergencies, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, expenses including without limitation, reasonable attorney fees and costs of proceedings arising out of or in connection with the use and/ or dissemination of personal information relating to you in accordance with this privacy policy and your consent.
	8. CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS Prague Holidays makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that all credit card and debit card transactions are secure. However, if unauthorized charges appear on your credit card or debit card statement for any card used at any time during or after you make your reservation, conduct your transaction or disclose your card details to us, Prague Holidays shall not be liable or responsible in any way in respect of any damage or loss of whatsoever nature suffered by you arising from or in any way connected with said use, transaction or disclosure, subject only to any statutory rights which you may have.
	9. CONCLUSION These Terms and your use of this website are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Czech Republic courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Prague Holidays´ services.
